Every time, and I mean "every time" we come to your store and need something, you always have it, if not, your staff knows its business, and comes up with another solution. If no alternative is available, you can always get something similar. DIY has it all; reasonable prices, great service, friendly staff and just about anything possible.

Your service technician really helped me out of a frustrating situation, and I'd like to commend both his professionalism and your company for the help I've received. I sincerely appreciate the time he took to fully explain the problem and way to prevent future problems. I have always experienced the highest customer service from your employees and I have waited far too long to tell you. The customer service you provide to your customers is the benchmark for every service company. Just a note to say thank you. I came in your store on Saturday to buy a pump, rubber broom etc. You are incredibly helpful. When my husband "finally" got home, I told him there was nothing more you could have done for me, unless you came home with me to suction up the water! Your customer service is great and rare.
